Where do you ship from?

We ship from EU-based facilities. Your order is dispatched to minimise transit time to your delivery address.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. It is your responsibility to verify that importing these products is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier workload, or factors outside our control.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Use the link provided to monitor your shipment.

What if my tracking stops updating?

Contact us at support@peptideplus.io. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, we will investigate and arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable, subject to verification.

What is your return policy?

Due to the biochemical nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modifications or cancellations may be possible within 24 hours of purchase. Contact support@peptideplus.io immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.

I provided the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@peptideplus.io. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made, though we will assist where possible.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact support@peptideplus.io, and we will resend your confirmation and verify your order details.

What exactly is Peptide Plus?

Peptide Plus is a specialist supplier of research-grade peptides and coenzymes. Every compound we sell is independently third-party tested, batch-documented, and shipped with care. We supply qualified researchers and licensed professionals across Europe and beyond.

Who are these products for?

Strictly for qualified researchers, scientists, and licensed professionals operating in laboratory or in-vitro research environments. By purchasing, you confirm you are a trained professional with the knowledge to safely handle, store, and use research-grade compounds.

Are these products for human or animal use?

No. All products are designated For Research Use Only (RUO).

How is purity verified?

Every batch is independently tested at a certified third-party laboratory using HPLC, qNMR, and LCMS analysis. Each batch is assigned a unique lot number, and the full Certificate of Analysis is published on our website. We don't ask you to take our word for it; the data is there for you to verify.

How should I store my compounds?

Lyophilised vials should be stored at -20°C until reconstitution. Once reconstituted, store at 2°C–8°C and use within 28 days. Keep all compounds away from direct light and heat. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

What do I need to reconstitute a vial?

Bacteriostatic Water (Bac Water) is the standard reconstitution vehicle for all lyophilised vial-format compounds. Available separately in our store. Reconstitute gently; swirl, never shake.

Why are you not the cheapest option?

Because independent lab testing, pharmaceutical-grade storage, and reliable logistics have a cost. Significantly lower prices are almost always a sign that proper testing has not been carried out. We are transparent about our pricing because we are transparent about everything else.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Full payment details are provided at checkout.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept EUR. Additional currencies may be available; check at checkout for current options.

Are your products legal in my country?

Peptide regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of importing and possessing these compounds in your country before placing an order. Peptide Plus accepts no liability for customs seizures, delays, or legal consequences arising from importation.

Do you provide medical advice?
